Julian Griggs focuses in the arenas of land use conservation, energy and climate, and aboriginal rights and he has developed a reputation as a gifted strategic planner, facilitator and trainer who is able to unleash the potential of individuals, teams and networks to function at their absolute best.

Peter Abrams is well known for being a talented facilitator, creating engaging and productive environments for dialogue, training, planning, and collaborative problem-solving.

Julie Gardner has stepped down as a Principal of Dovetail Consulting to spend more time in her outdoor recreation pursuits, arts and culture interests, and volunteering for the Galiano Conservancy Association. Over three decades as a Principal, Julie’s priority was to bring calm, compassion and clarity to challenging environmental issues.
